A 200 m² space spread over two floors, adaptable and easily shared among several residents.

Available facilities include:
– a desktop area with free access to computers, printer, and scanner
– a video projection system with a 1.5 m × 2.5 m screen
– trays for printmaking and photogravure preparation
– a darkroom dedicated to photography and photogravure
– workbenches and a variety of desks

The ground floor, with a ceiling height of over 5 meters, is particularly well-suited for creating large-scale works.
