Lilian Sineux
A lifelong wildlife enthusiast, Lilian Sineux began photography at the age of nine. He is the author of seven books, with his early works focusing on the nature of western France (Brittany, Normandy, Anjou, Brenne).
Due to his family roots, he spent nearly all his childhood holidays in a small village at the foot of the Pyrenees in Haute-Garonne. Four years ago, he made the decision to settle there permanently.
For him, the mountains—particularly the Pyrenees—represent one of the last sanctuaries of wildlife in France. His last three publications are dedicated entirely to the natural heritage of Haut-Comminges.
Gar, Pyrénées sauvages, a book devoted to his favorite peak, won the 2022 Pyrénées Book Award.
In 2021, he founded Corbac Editions, a publishing house focused on nature and, of course, his beloved mountains.
He has also illustrated several books (atlases, nature guides) and regularly collaborates with specialized media (Nat’Images, Pyrénées Magazine).
